All four include hosting, an SSL certificate, security and behind-the-scenes updates, uptime monitoring and version-controlled backups. Host at £24 a month is exactly that and nothing more. Care at £49 adds 20 minutes of changes each month - a price change, a photo swap, new opening hours. Grow at £199 gives you a full hour that rolls over for up to three months, a blog post published and optimised, and a quarterly report. Partner at £749 is three hours, four posts, monthly reporting and ongoing SEO.
No. Care plans are rolling monthly by direct debit, with 30 days' notice to cancel - no minimum term and no annual tie-in. That's deliberate: I'd rather you stayed because the service is worth it than because you signed something in January.
Yes - that's the Host plan at £24 a month. Hosting, SSL, security updates, monitoring and backups, and nothing else. There's no change time included, so anything you need doing is quoted first and charged at £65 an hour + VAT. It suits a site that mostly sits still - and you can move up a plan the moment that stops being true.
Just send it over - no dashboards to wrestle with, you deal with me directly. On Care that's 20 minutes a month, which covers most things people actually ask for; on Grow and Partner it's an hour or three, and unused time rolls over for up to three months. If a job is bigger than your allowance I'll tell you before I start it and give you a price, so nothing lands on an invoice as a surprise.
I'm a one-person business, so rather than promise a turnaround I can't always keep, I'll come back to you with a realistic date and then hit it. Most small changes happen within a couple of days. Grow and Partner go to the front of the queue, and if your site ever goes down I'm already on it - the monitoring usually tells me before you notice.
The care plans publish and optimise them - you supply the words. If you'd rather not write them, I do that too: I find the keywords your customers are actually searching, we have a call so I've got your view on the subject, and then I write them. From £128 a post when you book a batch, and it can be spread across the same monthly payment as your care plan.
